Speaking the Truth

Sometimes we are afraid of speaking the truth. We don’t like the way it sounds or we don’t want to hurt someone…Or we rather not deal with it. Carrying the truth in silence can be the heaviest burden. No matter how painful, shameful or destructive we think the truth might be, the sooner we say it out loud the smaller the burden will become.
